How your surprise proposal works
1. We plan it together
A quick online meeting to choose the location, the time of day and every technical detail, so nothing is left to chance. You tell me about your partner, I take care of the rest.
2. I'm already there, hidden
On the big day, I arrive before you and take my spot. Your partner won't see me. You just have to walk to the place we chose.
3. The question
I capture the whole moment: your walk, the knee on the ground, the reaction, the hug. The real emotions, as they happen.
4. A romantic session to celebrate
Right after the yes, I come out of hiding and we do a photo session of about one hour. I guide you all along, so you feel at ease even if you are not used to the camera.
5. Share the news the same day
A few hours after the proposal, you receive a few photos to announce it to your parents and friends. Your full gallery follows within one week, with around 150 photos both in colour and black and white.

Proposing in a magical spot in Quebec City
Old Quebec is one of the most romantic cities in North America. The perfect spot for your proposal depends on your partner, the season and the time of day. We choose it together during our planning meeting.
Here is what I look at with you:
- Your partner's personality. Some people love a grand view with the whole city watching, others would prefer a quiet corner just for the two of you.
- The light. The hour before sunset gives a soft, golden light that is flattering for everyone. I plan the timing so the light is at its best when you ask the question.
- The crowd. Quebec City is busy in summer and on holiday weekends. I know the quieter side streets and the right moments to avoid a background full of tourists.
- The season. Autumn colours, snowy streets in winter, long summer evenings: every season in Quebec has its own magic.

Frequently asked questions
My surprise proposal package is $750 + taxes. It includes an online planning meeting, photos of the proposal, a romantic session of about one hour, sneak peeks the same day and around 150 photos delivered within one week. Prices are in Canadian dollars. My foreign couples are happy to pay by credit card .
As soon as you have a date in mind. Summer, fall and holiday weekends are the busiest in Quebec City. If your plans are last minute, write me anyway, I'll do my best to make it happen.

Something you both feel good in, a little dressier than usual, if it fits your schedule of the day your partner won't be too suspicious. Choose comfortable shoes, Old Quebec's streets are cobblestone. In winter, a nice coat, scarf and gloves become part of the look.
